What is your current job?

Re-enchanteur of team work. I  take a look of 20 years at the evolution of collaborative way of work. The superposition of matrix modes and the will of agility have multiplied the interface and control points. The consequence is the perception that "meetings about having meetings" is a fatality as well as asphyxia of e-mail boxes. So, I created Perfony in 2011 with the ambition to make collaborative work easy, with meetings and action plans becoming a management tool to put team and strategy of the company in a line. As the CEO, my job is to make the whole grow: team, product, services and clients.

What is your role inside the network?

After being vice-president of the Alumni Association during the presidency of Bénédicte JOUBERT (ndlr 2006-2011 before  Vincent CANNEVA era), I focused on the entrepreneurship DNA, which is crossing all Rennes SB classes. The Entrepreneurs Club was born, with the ambition of promoting the activities of entrepreneurs graduates from Rennes SB and creating a network of help to the several questions and issues met by entrepreneurs. One of the need was often linked to funding, so we natureally created the Entrepreneurship Awards, with an annual cash prize of € 15,000, shared out between 3 lauréates. I am still present in the organisation of those awards, which are a wonderfool tool to communicate and create links between with the students, the School, the region and our big Alumni network.

Why do you give time to the association?

Because, even if Rennes SB is bursting with individual talents, we are sometimes stronger together. Because it is a pleasure to make new contacts every year. Because buffets in Rennes are excellent. Because our network is incredibly rich. Because no matter what is your problem or professional need, there is certainly an Alumni who can help you, thanks to the diversity of job and functions inside the network. Because the team of the association is great and makes you want to get involved. Because it makes me happy, quite simply.
