Committee 2016-2018: call for applications

ESC Rennes Alumni Association is launching a call for applications to elect its future Committee 2016-2018 !

The candidates willing to be part of ESC Rennes Alumni Committee can submit their applications before Monday 23rd May2016 to the current President (Jack Paul DAVIDSON) and the General Manager (Chantal SIMON) by e-mail : alumni@esc-rennes.fr

Committee members

• 10 to 20 members, elected for a 2 years renewable mandate
  
• officially elects the Board members among its members during the General Assembly
  

Committee Role

• approves strategic guidelines of the Association
• approves the provisional annual budget proposed by the Board.
• It is also consulted in important decision-making concerning the Association and systematically for financial commitment higher to 15% of the Association's annual budget .
  
  

Committee members role

• promote the association and its services
• attend quaterly meetings and association's big events
  
• takes part in the organisation of Clubs and project groups

Further information :

• You can't be a Committee member if you are not a lifelong member of the association and in full possession of your civic and civil rights.
  
• Committee departing members can be re-elected
• Committee members are volunteers
